IT Support Technician

Position Responsibility:

  • Provisioning computers, deploying hardware, workstation and desk setups.  Work closely with internal support specialists to provide world-class end -user support.
 

Knowledge/ Skills & Qualification:

  • A Diploma in IT or equivalent – Industry Certificate in A+ or ITIL4 Certification will be an advantage.
  • At least 1-2 years experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
  • Strong technical skills, analytical thinking and attention to detail with excellent customer support skills.

 

A clean and valid Group 2 Driving License is mandatory for the above position.
