Sales Manager

GEM Fiji seeks result oriented, motivated and passionate individual with proven Sales track record to join our core management team as a Sales Manager. The selected candidate will be in charge of leading and managing all Office Products Initiatives, monitoring Sales Team’s operations as well as ensuring efficient change management. He / She will be reporting Direct to the Director and based at 50 High Street, Toorak, Suva.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand company’s customer base to achieve growth. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status and ensure GEM Office Products and the Sales Team meet the company goals and their individual targets.
  • Present regular reports: sales, revenue and expenses with realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Assist in recruiting, setting objectives, coaching and performance monitoring of sales Team
  • Establish and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships and understanding their needs. Communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.
  • Committed to continuously upskill on product knowledge through workshops, seminars and conferences.


  • Tertiary Qualification in Business Administration or any other related field.
  • Work experience in a similar role.
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan to retain and attract new customers; leading to expand company’s customer base to achieve growth
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales target
  • A clean and Valid (full) Driving Licence
