Accounts Assistant

We are looking for self- motived and result oriented person(s) to join our team as an Accounts Assistant to be based at our head office at 81 Amy Street, Toorak, Suva

Position Responsibilities:

  • familiar with everyday finance work including use of MYOB, Excel
  • Reconciling Supplier & Customer invoices and Communicating with Accounts Payables & Receivables Team
  • Processing payments and keeping proper filing systems according to the internal control processes
  • Liaising and communicating with other departments to ensure a smooth process.

 

Knowledge / Skills & Qualification:

  • The applicants must have completed Secondary education (year 12) with pass in English & Maths
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (particularly in Excel) and MYOB (Training will be Provided)
  • Some work experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
  • Team Player, can work under pressure and multitask efficiently
  • Have passion to learn and grow professionally.
