Accounts Officer

We are looking for self- motived and result oriented individual(s) to join our growing team as Accounts Officer to be based at our head office at 81 Amy Street, Toorak, Suva

Position Responsibilities:

  • GL reconciliation
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Prepare monthly Vat
  • Maintain FAR
  • Local and overseas supplier payments & reconciliation
  • Attend to vendor queries
  • Assist with month-end reporting
  • Reconciling accounts with general ledger
  • Other day-to-day clerical duties.

 

Knowledge / Skills & Qualification:

  • Relevant qualification in Accounting / Finance.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial policies, procedures and systems.
  • Have an analytical mind.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office; especially in Excel.
  • Ability to work in a team, under pressure and with minimum supervision.
  • Have passion to learn and grow professionally.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Be a Team player and a quick learner
