SMB Account Manager

GEM Fiji seeks professional with exceptional Sales and Communication skills to join our growing IT Sales Team as an SMB Account Manager to be based at our Head Office, 81 Amy Street, Toorak, Suva.

Successful applicants must possess the following:

Key Responsibility

  • Keeping informed on technical product specifications and functionalities
  • Developing a sales strategy and setting sales targets
  • Assess client needs and promote suitable Technology products & solutions
  • Develop and leverage customer relationships to improve customer retention
  • Preparing and delivering sales pitches and product demonstration
  • Utilizing solutions-based selling techniques.
  • Outbound calling and customer visits.
  • Initiating after-sales technical support based on client requirements and feedback
  • Ensuring competitiveness by analysing and researching industry trends
  • Provide reports to management.

 

Knowledge / Skills & Qualification:

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Information System, Computer Networking or equivalent discipline
  • Demonstrated 3- 5 years’ experience to lead executive engagements to provide services and sell to the SMB utility industry
  • Knowledge of the SMB utility industry fiscal year, budgeting, and procurement cycle
  • Strong ability to engage with people & build relationships
  • Proficiency in IT industry terminology and jargon
  • Expertise in the understanding and application of relevant sales methodologies and metrics
  • Excellent Communication & Customer Service skills
  • Project management skills is essential.
  • Clean & Valid Group 2 License
