SMB Sales Executive

GEM Fiji is currently expanding our Nadi (West) Operations, thus; we seek dynamic and result oriented person as a SMB Sales Executive to be based at our Nadi Office, 25 Naicker Street, Nakurakura Subdivision, Nadi. 

 

Position Responsibility:

The role ensures that the assigned customers are supported appropriately in a timely manner to maintain existing business and to assess and drive new solutions based on future business needs of each customer. Develop a consultative business-to-business sales culture through:

  • Actively participating as an SME for certain products and technologies, providing consultative support to other Sales Engineers in their area of specialization
  • Prospecting, demonstrating and closing new deals. Conduct outbound prospecting calls
  • Regularly provide customer feedback on the product and help identify opportunities for development.
  • Develop, plan and coordinate sale promotions and incentives to meet business goals and objectives
  • Achieve monthly sales goals as assigned by Management.

Knowledge / Skills & Qualification:

The applicants must be well versed in Enterprise Solutions, possess Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or relevant experience and be a Dedicated team player.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Able to work long hours, when required.
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops & seminars
  • At least 3 Years’ experience in this role.

 

A Clean and Valid Group 2 Driving Licence is mandatory for all the above positions.
