GEM Fiji seeks self-motivated and result oriented person to join our Central Team based at our Head Office, 81 Amy Street, Toorak, Suva

Corporate Sales Account Manager

Key Responsibility

  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies
  • Communicate with company executives and IT Managers about their plans and objectives
  • Identifying opportunities and developing sales leads
  • Assessing potential clients IT needs and recommending products
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers and vendors
  • Acquire new business and maintain relationships with existing corporate customers
  •  
  • Initiating after-sales technical support based on client requirement and feedback
  • Estimating potential sales volume based on the cost of the product or service and the target market’s ability to pay for it
  • Tracking sales targets and documenting sales performance metrics
  • Determining pricing strategies for products or services based on customer needs and available resources.
  • Ensuring competitiveness by analysing and researching industry trends

 

Knowledge / Skills & Qualification:  

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Information System, Computer Networking or equivalent discipline
  • Demonstrated 3- 5 years’ experience to lead executive engagements to provide services and sell to the SMB utility industry
  • Strong ability to engage with people & build relationships
  • Advanced proficiency in IT industry terminology and jargon
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Expertise in the understanding and application of relevant sales methodologies and metrics
  • Excellent Communication & Customer Service skills
  • In-depth knowledge of consumer behaviour, as well as industry trends and innovation
  • Project management skills is essential.
  • Clean & Valid Group 2 License
