Sales Admin Associate

GEM Fiji seeks self-motivated and result oriented person to join our Central Team based at our Head Office, 81 Amy Street, Toorak, Suva

Successful applicants must possess the following:

Sales Admin Associate

Key responsibilities:

  • Receive and process sales orders online, or via phone and email; a point of contact for customers, suppliers, product specialists and sales team.
  • Verify orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details.
  • Check accuracy of orders and issue invoice, maintain sales records, and compile monthly sales reports.
  • Contact customer(s) and answer queries and obtain missing information.
  • Forward feedback from customers to relevant departments.
  • Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
  • Support the sales department with other administrative tasks, as and when required
  • Preparing Documentation and Coordinating Logistics.
  • Managing Inventory and assist in order planning.
  • Provide reporting to management.



  • Must have completed High School Education. A Diploma in IT, Business Administration or equivalent would be an advantage.
  • Some technical skills, analytical thinking and attention to detail with Excellent customer support skills.
  • Have good Communication, Customer Service and Negotiation Skills

  • Good English and Mathematics – able to communicate at all level and work with figures.
