Site Foreman

We are looking for a competent Construction Foreman to coordinate operations. The appointed individual will be a key person for the completion of project(s).

Site Foreman

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate tasks to the maintenance team according to priorities and plans
• Prepare work schedules and monitor attendance of crew
• Allocate general and daily responsibilities to maintenance crew
• Supervise, coach and train maintenance crew.
• Ensure all safety precautions and quality standards are met
• Oversee the use of machinery and equipment at site.
• Provide weekly report on progress to managers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as construction foreman
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OHS guidelines
• Ability to read drawings, plans, etc.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate and report effectively
• A qualification in a skilled trade in construction field (electrician, carpenter etc.)
• Valid Group 2 driving licence – mandatory
