Senior Accounts Officer

We are looking for self- motived and result oriented person(s) to join our team as Senior Accounts Officer to be based at our head office at 81 Amy Street, Toorak, Suva

Position Responsibilities:

  • Handling monthly closing of bank reconciliation, accounting schedule and transactions
  • Assisting in taxation and compliance to ensure regulation have complied.
  • Liaising and communicating with other departments to ensure a smooth process.
  • Liaising with external Auditors and bankers
  • Perform clerical support on administration works
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Knowledge / Skills & Qualification:

  • Relevant qualification in Accounting / Finance or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of working experience at an Accounts Officer role.
  • Independent, well organized, detail oriented, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
  • In-depth knowledge of financial policies, procedures and systems.
  • Excellent communicator and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Excel and knowledge in MYOB.
  • Have passion to learn and grow professionally.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Be a Team player and a quick learner
