ICT Support Technician

Location: Suva/ Nadi

About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused ICT Support Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance, maintain ICT systems, and ensure smooth daily operations for end-users across the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Respond to service desk requests and resolve incidents within agreed timeframes.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Support Microsoft applications, email, and collaboration tools.
  • Assist with network connectivity (wired & wireless) and system access issues.
  • Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and IT procedures.
  • Provide onsite and remote support to staff as required.

 

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft, and common business applications.
  • Basic understanding of networking.
  • Good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for hardware and software.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a team environment.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • IT certifications will be an advantage.
  • At least 1–2 years’ experience in IT/ICT support or similar role.
