Job Title: IT Helpdesk Coordinator

Location: Nadi

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT Services issues.
  • Log, prioritize, and assign work orders to appropriate technicians.
  • Monitor progress to ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide initial diagnosis of hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Escalate complex issues to specialized IT staff when necessary.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their requests.
  • Track performance metrics (response times, resolution rates).
  • Identify recurring problems and propose long-term solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement of IT service delivery
  • Reports to the Line Manager and work closely with the IT Team.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Technical knowledge of IT systems, networks, and applications.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Diploma in IT or equivalent along with Industry
  • Certificate: A+ will be an advantage.
  • A Clean and valid group 2 Driver’s License and experience in a similar role would be advantage
