We @ GEM IT Solutions are looking for highly skilled and self -motivated and result oriented persons for the position as an ICT Enterprise Presales Engineer to be part of our CNS team.

Position Responsibility:

• You will play a critical role in helping our prospects understand the value of GEM products.
• Attain product knowledge so as to lead the technical aspect of complex sales process.
• Work closely with our salespeople and help to streamline GEM sales process.
• The person is expected to support the Sales team from opportunity inception to CSM handover:
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations that are tailored to the client’s business requirements
• Mapping prospect requirements with features and functionalities.
• Solution strategy, demo data creations & Storyboarding
• Coordination across various work streams and delivering the final demo solution.
• Communicate the technical details and ensure solution can be delivered by technical team
• Create and maintain the relevant presales documentation (Proposal, SOW, SLA, pricing, RFP response templates).
• Establish pre-configured demo packages and define best practices

Knowledge / Skills & Qualification:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a Technical Pre-Sales role.
• A Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information System, Project Management or relevant discipline.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong project management skills
• Self-motivated to learn about products, technology, and customers
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Experience responding to technical questions and requirements from customers
• A Clean and Valid Group 2 Driving Licence
