About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Engineer – Infrastructure to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining core IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st & 2nd level technical support for hardware, software, network, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, storage, and networking equipment.
• Manage and support virtualization platforms, cloud services, and backup solutions.
• Perform system upgrades.
• Ensure IT policies, standards, and procedures are followed.
• Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions in service desk systems.
• Assist in IT projects, including system migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and deployments.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Azure.
• Good understanding of networking concepts.
• Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and IT security practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Relevant IT certifications will be an advantage.
• Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in IT support and infrastructure roles.
