ICT Support Technician - NADI

GEM Fiji seeks self-motivated and result oriented person to join our West Team – Nadi Office, 25 Naicker Street, Nakurakura Subdivision, Nadi. 

Successful applicants must possess the following:

ICT Support Technician

Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with internal Support Specialists to provide world-class end-user support.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software, hardware, and network problems.
  • Provisioning computers, deploying hardware, workstation and desk setups supply/inventory support, assisting with conference room technology, and other operational support for end-user.
  • Experience with Copier/Printer repairs will be an added advantage.

Knowledge / Skills & Qualification:

  • A Diploma in IT or equivalent along with Industry Certificate in A+ Certification would be an advantage.
  • Must possess a wide range of technical skills and knowledge, including knowledge of computer hardware and software, operating systems, networks, and security.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with users of all technical skill levels and solve issues that arise.
  • Excellent customer support skills and proven team player.
  • A Clean and Valid Group 2 Driving Licence is mandatory
