Merchandiser

GEM Fiji seeks self-motivated and result oriented person to join our Office Product Team located at 50 High Street Toorak, Suva

Successful applicants must possess the following:

 Merchandiser

Duties

• Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives
• Maximise customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately
• Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory
• Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc (since its on customer site this will be very limited.
• Competitor promotions and new product launch etc to be advise to respective managers
• Pick orders and liaise with stores supervisors for any price issues and out of stocks

Skills & Qualification:

• Form six or certificate in sales & marketing
• Proven working experience in merchandising.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
