ICT Solutions Consultant

GEM Fiji seeks professional with exceptional Sales and Communication skills to join our growing Enterprise Solutions Team as an ICT Solutions Consultant to be based at our Head Office, 81 Amy Street, Toorak, Suva.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the Enterprise Solutions sales cycle and assist the technical solutions team in developing and designing solutions for our existing and potential customers that includes:

• Provide proactive consultative support to clients to access client issues and recommend solutions to clients
• Meeting with decision-makers and providing information about ICT Solution.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the clients’ position in the market, their product/service, points of difference and competitive landscape
• Performing product demonstrations and training as needed
• Negotiate sales prices and able to achieve monthly goals as assigned by Management.
• Construct pitches and sales presentations
• Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new and upcoming projects
• Proactively remain connected to clients and the ever-changing market to access new search opportunities and ensure all viable clients are engaged on a regular and effective basis
• Managing and maintaining Sales Pipeline and providing timely reports

Applicant must possess but not limited to;

–          Tertiary Qualification in ICT or related field with at least 5 years of work experience in relevant field

–          Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and committed to continuous education through workshops & seminars

–          Demonstrate a customer-first focus

–          Exceptional client management focus on both new and existing clients

–          Grow and Drive sales in existing client base with new ICT products

–          Demonstrate accurate and efficient Sales and contact management.

–          Industry certificate will be an advantage.

–          A Clean and Valid Group 2 Driving License is mandatory
