ICT Support Technician

GEM IT Solutions is a major Technology vendor in Fiji working with leading companies such as Lenovo, SHARP, DELL EMC, VMWare, and Cisco to transform business operations. We are looking for a self-motivated person(s) to join our team at Suva & Nadi as ICT Support Technician

Position Responsibility:

  • act as the first level escalation point for complex or critical customer issues and inquiries.
  • Support Specialists to provide end-user support; providing high-quality corrective and preventative maintenance on HP, Sharp, DELL and other products and solutions supported by GEM IT
  • Reporting to the Service Manager and work closely with other GEM IT personnel, Helpdesk Coordinator, Sales Associates, Project Managers, and others.


Knowledge / Skills & Qualification:                                                                              

An IT Diploma or equivalent along with Industry Certificate:  A+ will be an advantage.

  • Strong technical skills, analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Be a quick learner, and customer oriented.
  • A Clean and valid group 2 Driver’s License is essential.
  • Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

This position involve working with ICT solutions that includes providing corrective and preventative maintenance on products and solutions supported by GEM IT.
