Senior Accounts Officer

We are looking for self- motived and result oriented person(s) to join our Admin team as Senior Accounts Officer. The position will be based at our head office at 81 Amy Street, Toorak, Suva

Position Responsibilities:

  • Handling monthly closing of bank reconciliation, accounting schedule and transactions
  • Assisting in taxation and compliance to ensure regulation have complied.
  • Liaising and communicating with other departments to ensure a smooth process.
  • Liaising with external Auditors and bankers
  • Perform clerical support on administration works
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Knowledge / Skills & Qualification:

  • A Diploma in Accounting / Finance or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience at an Accounts Officer role.
  • Detail oriented, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
  • In-depth knowledge of financial policies, procedures and systems.
  • Proficient in Excel and knowledge in MYOB, WinBiz will be an advantage
  • Have passion to learn and grow professionally.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Be a Team player and a quick learner
