GEM Visual Concepts is seeking motivated and result oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as a Leading Hand -Signage Production to be based at Laucala Beach, Nasinu.

Position Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize production line tasks.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to team members.
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing work schedules
• Oversee and coach employees
• Ensure the safe use of machinery and equipment and schedule regular maintenance
• Check and solve production issues.

Knowledge / Skills & Qualification:

The applicants must have completed tertiary education in a technical field such as Trade certificate either in Carpentry, Joinery or Welding or relevant field.

• Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar roles.
• Experience in using various types of production equipment and tools.
• Basic knowledge in graphics software.
• Valid driving licence.
