GEM Fiji seeks to a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our Administration Department based at our Head Office, 81 Amy Street, Toorak, Suva. 



  • Oversee daily operations of the finance and administration department.
  • Preparing financial & management reports, cash flow and budgets.
  • Prepare Annual accounts.
  • Ensure Tax and Statutory compliance with all tax and statutory laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain accounting policies & procedures to ensure accuracy of information in line with IFRS and Statutory standards.
  • Communicate with GEM stakeholders; FRCS, RBF, FNPF, ROC, Banks, Lawyers, Insurance, External Auditors and Business Partners.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Accounting or relevant degree.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a commercial SMB business environment.
  • Aware of FRCS, RBF, FNPF, ROC and other statuary compliance policies.
  • Member of Fiji Institute of Chartered Accountants will be an advantage.
  • Competency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
