GEM Fiji seeks self-motivated and result oriented persons for the position as Trainee – ICT Support & Network Technician to be based at our Suva & Nadi operation sites. 

Position Responsibility:

• Work closely with internal Support Specialists to provide world-class end-user support.
• Provisioning computers, deploying hardware, workstation, and desk setups.
• Some experience with Copier/Printer repairs will be an added advantage.

Knowledge / Skills & Qualification:

• A Diploma in IT or equivalent. Industry Certification would be an advantage.

• Strong technical skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer support skills and proven team player.
