We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Sales Manager to lead our creative team to be based at our Laucala Beach office.

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the success of our sales team by managing sales goals, projections, and processes; this includes developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for the company and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Creating and implementing sales processes, overseeing the sales team, or sales operations, planning and strategizing sales goals.
• Manage and motivate sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities meet and exceed sales targets
• Assist in recruiting, setting objectives, coaching, training and performance monitoring of Sales Team.
• Establish and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships and understanding their needs. Communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.
• Meeting with clients in-person and over the phone to stay updated on their needs to maximize opportunities and customer relationships
• Researching market trends to identify new potential clients and generate new leads for the sales team and analyzing data to create sales forecasts
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
• Monitor and Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Present regular reports: sales, revenue and expenses with realistic forecasts to the management team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• A minimum of 4-6 years of work experience in a Sales Managers role (Industry experience will be an added advantage).
• Demonstrated leadership skills and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Excellent communication, people and managerial Skills.

A clean and Valid (full) Driving Licence -is mandatory.
